I practice healthy living in all aspects of my life and careers. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with extensive training, education, and knowledge of the human body. I am a Registered Yoga instructor for the past two years and incorporate flexibility and movement training into my sessions with clients.
I try to help clients achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health & wellness. From weight training, H.I.I.T, flexibility, and nutrition; along with the promotion of self care at my massage clinic.
I have been in the health and fitness industry for quite some time now and I am now moving forward to make it official. Becoming a Certified Personal trainer will solidify and show I possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness programs for any client.

Becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist with extensive training, education, and knowledge of the human body, as well as a Registered Yoga instructor gives me the ability to assess my customers' bodily strengths and weaknesses and create customized workout plans. While also providing physical and mental guidance and monitoring their progress on a regular basis. Most importantly my Job is to make sure that clients don't get injured while training.
My background in health and fitness as well as athletic performance from being a figure competitor for many years to attaining certifications in Massage therapy, REIKI I/II, YOGA , and Personal Training. Developing my experience in the field allows me to approach fitness with the appropriate programming specifically focused on cardiovascular and strength training in combination with balance and flexibility training.
